  I paid for the item same day, after 15 days without receiving the item ,and no update to tracking, I requested eBay’s assistance. The seller took no accountability, blaming the USPS. Strangely enough the tracking updated the following day after I had opened the eBay case, and when I recieved the card it was post marked the day after I opening the case with eBay. Life happens, but take accountability. Lying over a $3 is crazy. Will NEVER buy again from this seller.

  Tracking updated from a regional USPS hub 200 miles away from the local post office. That happened within days after you opened a claim. As most in the hobby know, ESE shipping does not get scanned in until it gets to regional hubs and often faces delays. You opened a claim 12 days after the item shipped, tracking updated within 2 days from the regional hub. Lying over $3 is crazy, you are 100% correct. I am sorry you faced postal delays but glad you received your card.
