  The item has a damaged part, which I think was due to transport. I had a discussion with the seller regarding this matter, and the seller was very cooperative. We agreed on a solution (i.e., a partial refund) which I think was fair to both of us, and everything was resolved very quickly. I commend the seller on being very friendly and supportive, I would definitely recommend and want to buy from the seller again.

  Figure came pretty quickly, sold for a good price, figure is beautiful and fantastically built. Box was a little worse for wear, but no damage to the product itself.

  Lots of great accessories with the figure. I’ve ordered the upgrade kit for it, so hopefully it’ll make it stand out more. This figure is a MUST if you want to save money vs the Hasbro version! Came in excellent condition and packed securely. Much more happy with this third party version than overpaying for the Hasbro!
