  Wrong item was sent initially, but seller was very responsive and gave me a credit back along with keeping the item that was sent. I am satisfied with the experience because the seller made it right. The product i received was a great mount.. brand new , good value, looks well made. Just not the exact mount I wanted .   Warning to potential buyers: This product is extremely poor quality. It broke apart shortly after open and poses a serious safety risk. I strongly advise against purchasing it. I requested a refund and return, but the seller has not responded or acknowledged my concerns. Due to the lack of communication, I’ve escalated the issue to eBay for resolution.
