  I ordered a dvd player for Father's day. It was estimated to arrive a 7-4 days before. It still wasn't here 4 days after. I requested a refund. I was told no refund until the product was returned. Apparently it made it back to the seller. I was refunded a partial refund today, less than a dollar of full. But after all the frustration contacting the seller & Ebay for a refund & not having the gift for my Dad on his day a full refund was in order. Do Not Order here if need it by a certain date!
