    Although USPS lost the item for an extended amount of time, the seller was much more helpful than he had to be in helping to find it as well as keeping us informed of the progress. The item was extremely well packed and even double boxed. Thel pitcher was sold at an amazingly fair price,and arrived in perfect condition. I can't thank the seller enough or all his help in this sale This seller in my book is rated triple A, and I would most definitly would buy from them again.
