  I was so happy to purchase this book. It is about the area I live in. I have looked for this title before but the price was too high. This seller sold it at a bargain price. The condition is remarkable for a book that is over 80 years old. The book’s condition was well described better than in the description. It was well packaged to protect it in shipping. It shipped and arrived quickly.
