I specifically asked if it was plus and play and it does not need any programming. The seller said no. This is not true it does need to be programmed to your car to work properly. I contacted the seller for a refund and they refused to reply. The product is programmed and does not require reprogramming; you only need to adjust the product's angle to fit your vehicle, which is a normal and reasonable installation step. Even original factory products require debugging.
