  Great seller! We received a delivery of mostly dead worms, which were shipped during a cold snap in the N.E., so I think maybe they sat on a FedEx truck somewhere and froze. I sent the seller a message about it and he promptly sent me a new order completely free of charge! I was impressed.

  SELLER COMPLETELY DISREGARDED DELIVERY OPTION AND MARKED THE ORDER AS HOLD FOR PICKUP. Had to take a 25 mile round trip in bad weather to pickup the order. Then USPS couldn't locate the package, so it took almost an extra 30 minutes. Mind you that the weather is in the low to mid 80s. SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE CUSTOMERS THAT HE WILL REQUIRE HOLD FOR PICKUP OR CANCEL THE ORDER. Took me over 2 hours to pick up the order. Tremendous waste of time! SELLER DOES NOT VALUE HIS CUSTOMERS!

  VERY CLEAN PRODUCT, I'm pleased aesthetically packaged, as well as quality of the product A+++ all around 2nd order still pleased over the top, very fassssst Shipping!! Shipping Price may look high... BUT it's done perfect dry/ice and not cheaply done everything comes still deeply frozen
