  Wonderful buying experience with this seller. Not only did they respond to all of my questions, it was a great deal, and you could tell they really cared about the item going to a good home. Fast shipping (from all the way overseas!), packaged meticulously to arrive safely, and exactly as described (even cuter in person!)   I ordered a replacement Royal Doulton teapot and although it was described as used, it actually looks brand new. The item was very well packaged and delivery was within 4 days. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this seller.

  Lovely item, packaged very well. Seller good for communication. Only problem was delivery with Yodel, was four days overdue,delivered late in evening and did not ring bell.

  Great product exactly as described which was well packaged. Value for money too. The postage element was via yodel which was okay but I received out for delivery on a couple of occasions the local depot did finally deliver and I appreciate this was out of the sellers control
