It was advertised as having 16GB of ram but only had 8GB. I checked this in the bios screen and also opened up the laptop to verify that it only had the onboard 8GB. Also, the seller did not indicate in the listing that the AC adapter was not going to be included with the sale. I contacted the seller a week ago and did not receive any response.
