  Bought 6KW took 2 week to find somebody to install. Got it installed but not producing much steam.have purchased steamers for other locations. purchased a 9kw two or three months ago. It is not producing either. We need to purchase another unit. A 9kw. Now. The 9kw is probably six months old. The 6kw was not installed for a couple of weeks because the person we used was no longer available.We have 9kw's at our Anaheim Hills & Orange locations. (Bagel Me). working o.k.
