I was not provided with any tracking/ shipping status information until AFTER, the item arrived. And now that the item is not as described and much larger than others the same size that I have purchased from other vendors; I will be donating the collar and eating the cost, due to the 4.95 return shipping cost. Very disappointed with this seller!!!!!

With the post offic having issues getting things delievered on time, I chose t use expedited shipping. Pacjaged arrived yesterday! Item was clean, new in great shape and I am very happy.
