    Courier used, Yodel are useless, held onto item (according to their app for over a week), claimed delivery made today, but actually delivered an item ordered by my partner off Shein, but allocated my tracking number to it. No idea where my item actually is now. Told Yodel exactly what I thought of them on their app. Not the first time they have cocked up a delivery. Notified seller if I don't receive item by Thursday it will be useless and will require a refund)

    Very happy customer here! A brilliant experience from start to finish, very friendly to help me design my flag firstly and then it was a quicker delivery than expected too. The quality and condition/design of the flag was fantastic and very good prices making it value for money! Customer service outstanding.
