  I contacted the seller prior to ordering as I wanted to check that the make of the item was as described. The seller was very easy to communicate with. When I went to place the order the price had increased however the seller agreed to refund the extra for me. Great customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  The delivery arrived earlier than we expected. The seller was in touch, responded quickly. The goods were well packed, also a courier helped us lift them to the 5th floor.   Good service from retailer. Not happy with delivery driver banged on my door and just dumped the package on my doorstep. I’m 78 years of age it was far to heavy for me to lift up over the step. had to phone my son to come over and do it for me.
