  I received a message that the item had been repaired, and the seller recommended backlight repair and demanded additional fees. While considering this, I received a new message stating that additional repairs were required, demanding approximately $100. I declined and confirmed that the product details did not include instructions for additional repairs. However, the seller refused to respond to my messages for about a week. Approximately six weeks after sending the item, I received.

  Outstanding value and appearance—looked brand new. System shut down unexpectedly, but FindNEthing’s tech support quickly identified a faulty remote sending “Off” signals. Removed batteries and it’s worked perfectly since. Great product, great support. Highly recommend this seller for quality refurbished Bose gear.
