  1st crayfish arrived dead, they responded very timely. Asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I chose replacement. Second crayfish arrived alive, extra care was taken and was shipped second day air! Excellent customer service. I recommend buying from here!

  The fish didn’t survive the first shipment. The seller quickly made it right by sending out a new shipment of fish. I received them and they were all alive. The seller was quick to respond to the issue. I was pretty amazed that the fish made it from Florida, all the way to Utah.
