  The seller did everything right and Royal Mail did everything wrong. Once I received the much delayed and damaged package the contents were, miraculously, intact and did the job perfectly. The seller was responsive to my concerns with the original non-delivery and did all that they could to help. I would certainly recommend them and buy again from them.

  Free postage, good packing, as described, value is great because I swapped it over from an old Macdee Metro Oblong Syphon and the fitting of the new syphon took 5 minutes. Great. Thanks to this Ebay Seller.

  Great service from FixTheBog. Item didn’t turn up, despite being 48-hr tracked Royal Mail. Seller promptly got in touch with them, item was found down the back of a cupboard in the local sorting office! Great communication, would recommend.

  Very positive experience. The price was competitive, the processing of the order was very quick, and the system provided regular updates about delivery times, and using the Post Office meant a professional delivery. That last point was particularly highlighted by the battered package I received this week from Yodel, which was just chucked towards our door. Well done Fixthebog, I’ll certainly use you again and recommend you to others!
