  First,my head is large so I contacted the seller & they assured me they could make a custom size. It is too small.They didn't. Then the packaging. It was so tight, that it looked like a 4-sided hat. Even when unpacked, the sides are squared off and there is no triangular shape. I am trying to form it into proper shape without success. The only reason I did not put Negative, it is real leather and if I get it reformed, it would be good for someone, but not me.
