  shipping fast, packaging good, but i unfortunately was very disappointed in the seller’s lack of integrity. i had asked if the front paw of the dog plush was understuffed, as it appeared extra floppy in the photos and it was expensive. seller assured me the paw was normal. upon receiving, it was very clear that my concern was valid, and when i expressed this i was dismissed and then ignored. be cautious about expensive items from them, as there may be flaws they don’t disclose!

  There was absolutely nothing wrong with the item. They were just looking for some money back and did not want to send it back. That old trick does not work with this seasoned seller.

  The vintage battle troll arrived just as described, in good condition, and was well packaged. Shipping time was reasonable, considering the shipping fee. The price itself was high but this was a rare item, making this a worthwhile purchase overall.
