    The product was listed as new but it is NOT new. The seal over the bottle is missing. There is product in the pump and tube. The bottle is not full. I contacted the seller and they said it was new. Then I sent them photos of the various issues and they did not respond.

    Buyer was given a full refund upon request. Product that was shipped to the buyer was the same product shown in picture and as described in the description.
