  Ordered a sweatshirt labeled as men’s xl, packaged and shipping was fine. When I received it it was either child’s or woman’s xl. I couldn’t fit my hands halfway through the sleeves of it. Asked for a refund and they were very rude and not helpful.

  This buyer purchased a 1987 XL sweatshirt. Sizes were MUCH DIFFERENT in 1987, because of this, the measurements were boldly provided and displayed since I have a no returns policy on ALL my items due to my profit margins being extremely thin. I cannot simply accept every return made because of buyer incompetency as it would crush me financially. UNFORTUNATELY THIS BUYER DID NOT KNOW HOW TO READ AND PURCHASED A SWEATER WITH MEASUREMENTS THAT DID NOT FIT THEM AND WANTED ME TO PAY FOR IT. NO THANKS
