  Poor experience — issue not resolved properly Item arrived not as described, and when I reached out to the seller for help, their response was unhelpful. Instead of offering a proper solution, they made excuses and didn’t take responsibility. Very disappointing experience — would not buy from this seller again.

  the item was listed correctly and also had measurement photos for you to review. the size tag was XL which is what i listed. no excuses here. buyers pay for return shipping, which you did. i refunded your original order in full, but not the return shipping which buyers pay. it is my store policy. that is the proper solution, which I did. thank you have a good weekend
