  Super discouraging to receive a filthy item when I chose this item over others because I expected to receive a brand new product.. It would have taken minutes to do a quick quality check or even reach out prior to shipping to see if i still wanted in its current state. The box wasnt even completely sealed and the barely 1 sheet of packing paper in such a large box provided no protection.. Poor quality! Price was reasonable compared to others, while still big over retail. Do better!
