  One of the handles that tightens the neck braces, broke as soon as I used it. See attached. I'm not sure if the pump or the device is working properly. It seems to stop working at around 20lbs (black letters), when I have been told to reach 30lbs. I will check with the physical therapist.

  Arrived quickly and packed with bubble wrap and cardboard inside a poly/vinyl mailer. Seller offered a fair price for an untested, but good condition item. Contacted me prior to shipping to make sure I understood the condition of the controller (which was greatly appreciated). Happy with this purchase.
