  Arrived earlier than expected. Sound quality is great (though it's advised to tinker with the settings through the app to get a better experience). The product is as advertised, and it's original as they can connect to the app (there were lots of cheap clones of the 1st generation, but this is the genuine product). I haven't tested the mic. The package was initially returned to the seller, but they answered quickly and they had already sent it with another company. Very recommended seller.

  Bought a Umbreon from gem pack vol.2, arrived as advertised in NM/Mint condition, properly packaged so no damage during shipping. Slightly more expensive than other listing on eBay, but worth the premium for knowing the seller is legit.

  There was a misunderstanding when purchasing the item between the seller and I. Thought the card he showed me was the card I would get upon ordering. However that was not th case. The card I got was still in great condition. Reached out to the seller and was able to communicate effectively with th seller. We both reached an agreement and can say I am not entirely satisfied with the purchase but I was willing to compromise and worked out a deal. Shipping from china took about 3 weeks to arrive.

  Item as described; brand-new unopened product with Mew included, the box was well packaged in bubble wrap and was in great condition! Received in Australia in just under a month. Good value as seller’s pricing is much lower than others in general. Highly recommended seller :)
