  I bought crystal eraser/hair removal tool. In the drop down menu there are options to choose a specific colour or ' a single piece ', (slightly cheaper) , which looked like 'a random colour will be shipped '. At no point the description said that the cheaper item was actually an eyebrow trimmer. After delivery I asked if they mixed up the order, they had audacity to tell me I ORDERED the eyebrow trimmer... I got my refund after threatening to report the seller to eBay...   This item did not fit but it was my mistake when ordering. Took longer than expected to arrive but I assume this was a courier issue. Tracking said they had the package the day after I placed the order but took a further week to get any updated tracking from Evri. No issues with seller though.
