The item itself was no only NOT NEW, but it had been modified, wires and connectors were cut off and were missing. I had to repair the wiring harness from an old harness just to make it useful. When I contacted the seller about the issue, I got pushback, and finally was ignored. I was willing to work something out, but he clearly had no interest in helping. He’d rather have the negative feedback.
