  Hose was advertised as a “flexi” hose and it was not. I contacted seller for additional info and at first they responded and after I told them hose was not a true “flexi” hose and it would not fit my spigot. Come to find out I had to purchase an additional connector and was advised by a hardware specialist that it was not a true garden hose yet an air hose. Obviously not why I purchased it. I sent seller 2 additional mess and no response
