  Arrived today but I had to pay £3.50 in postage which was bad, I had to go to the post office in town, as they wouldn’t deliver to me, as the postage was not enough on the package. Surprising as they said, on the add, on eBay that it was free postage. Also it was bent and creased with no stiffing in the envelope so a bit disappointed. Also I would like a refund on the postage of £3.50 which I didn’t need to have paid. Will not be buying from them again. Very poor customer service.

  We have sold many patterns and they all have been sent in a padded large letter envelope with no problems. Item was also sold as used so creases can be expected. The customer also never advised of any problems before leaving this feedback and the says it’s poor customer service!
