Hi, Welcome to Fritz Trains. I am a model Train hobbyist as well as a dealer of trains and layout pieces. I take great care AND expense to offer mostly mint and like new trains at my store. My goal is to offer great trains of superb quality and condition to collectors. I never used to test the trains because as most collectors know, sometimes 40-60 year old trains need work to run again. I am now doing my best to test each piece so you will know if it runs or not. My prices reflect my efforts (time to test AND video the item in action), expenses and sometimes the uniqueness of the items that I carry. The videos help you know just what you can expect when delivered to you. On some of my items I do welcome reasonable offers. Let me know if you are looking for something specific and I may be able to get it! We should be adding more pieces at least Bi-monthly so please save us so you can see updates!

    i bought an engin factory seaked 25 years ago thinking it would surely work well it did not. it had bad electrocal issues. the sellers train of thought was towards a collector wanting this engine. i am a user not a collector so i took it out the wrapping. the add did not specify for a collector. fritz did me o k and gave me a refund but he was not happy. lesson learned; factory seal electric stuff that is more than 25 years old may not work from old age.
