  I hate to leave neg feedback. A refund is in the works on this item, as it was damaged in shipment. That said, it was brass, not copper as stated. The spout that broke off had already been glued on. That wasn't stated in description. As long as the refund goes through I'm satisfied.

  Yes, we are very sorry. I do not know much about this item. A refund was giving immediately to the buyer and allowed to keep the item in hopes it can be repaired. We are sorry for the problem. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction. Thank You for your understanding.
