  This item lacks the screwdriver. I have contacted the seller, they said they send me a return label a week ago, no label. I must ship this back to get my refund but I can’t ship it back with no shipping label. This is not what I purchased. I purchased a case and a screwdriver. I specifically asked if the screwdriver was included before I purchased and I was assured it was included. No quality. No value. My screwdriver did not appear.

Item was securely bubble wrapped and packed to protect it during transit. Arrived in pristine condition. Quick shipping too.
