  Slow to ship. Laptop arrived broken & seller not responsive at all. Sent pics. No response after that. Laptop screen does not work and there is a piece broken from the top of it.

  This is not accurate at all. Buyer expected everything immediately. Item arrived in 3 business days per tracking number (9434608106245187770774). We chatted for 2 days and was responded within 20 minutes when business hour. Photos was sent 4 days later on Saturday night after we chat. Which was sent to the tech today and they are not working today (labor day). I understand you wanted a response immediately but we have to follow CA labor laws and can't force people to work on Holidays.

  All of the above. The Evolve III Maestro was received in super beautiful condition. Almost brand new looking. Nice Wipe clean Hard Drive and booted up to Windows right away. I will purchase again. Unlike the other seller where they remove the Power Supply they include it.
