  Originally lost in post but after seller refunded, item arrived on doorstep 3 weeks later. Well packaged, as described, great value for money. Highly satisfied with seller's communication, prompt resolution and happy to repay for item when arrived. Highly recommended.

  Great seller and experience! Had issues an issue with shipping, item was damaged unfortunately but seller responded right away and even offered a full refund which is amazing and handled very well! Perhaps could have been packaged a little better but for free shipping I can't really complain much. Item was exactly what was show and described and (other than shipping damage) was perfect! Great value from an amazing seller and even with the slight issues I'll be gladly buying again.

  I’ve been using Furness Models for a years now but first time through my own account. As always everything is perfect, I can always trust the description to be accurate. Products are well packaged and protected in transit. Normally fast at sending products, great value for money. Thanks Simon, definitely my go to supplier for a long time now.

  Item extremely securely packaged without being in an excessively large parcel. Good value for the model (I believe slight discount in light of some wear on the packaging which was fully described and shown). Item itself exactly as described (new) and looks fabulous. I will very happily purchase from Furness Models of Ulverston again and can certainly recommend them on the basis of my transaction.
