  Excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Brand new in a sealed wrapper. The item arrived two weeks after the order was placed, which isn’t terrible, but whatever shipping was used was not updating. I would buy from seller again, just be prepared to wait longer than expected. Overall, im satisfied with this transaction on a difficult to find item. Thanks.

  This seller offered the BEST price for Gengar, a Pokemon plush that my 8 year old grand-nephew wanted BEFORE Christmas, hahaha. Packaged securely and shipped (free shipping) to me quickly. I LOVE the Ebay sellers, you don't find free shipping (with an affordable price for the item) on Amazon, so this is the way to go for all Pokemon lovers out there.   My order came fast and in perfect condition. But, I was disappointed that this Kuromi plush looked different than the photo. She didn't have the bows or her skull symbol. I contacted the seller and explained the issue. The seller was understanding and apologetic. I asked for a refund. The seller agreed and gave me a shipping label to return the plush. I mailed it back. Once, the seller received it, they quickly refunded me my money. I am very satisfied with how my issue was resolved.

  Item was lost in shipping, but was received just over a month after the order was placed. The condition of the item was great and appearance was just like the photos. The seller did refund the cost and was responsive to the situation - so it was not a negative experience. If price is the main factor, this is a great seller to work with.
