  I was blindsided on how much the tariff and duties were buying something from Japan. When I purchased it, I thought the shipping would be around $20. When the package is about to be delivered, I had an extra fee of $171 which was approximately 50% of the purchase price.No way was I expecting that or could I afford it. And a very fine print on the bottom of the page there is something that says you are responsible for tariffs and duties. There should have been some warning at checkout of these te
