  Unfortunately my item missed the shipment run, but the seller made a special trip to send express and arrived quickly. Then the item I received was not the same part number as the item I purchased, however the seller immediately acknowledged the error and apologised, then issued me a return label to return it to them and they refunded the purchase. Even though there were some unfortunate errors, the seller never ghosted me and was quick to communicate and fix the issues. Trustworthy. Thank you.

  Had my first set arrive within the week, only to discover I had been sent a set of VE handles instead of VZ handles. Spoke to Simon straight away and he agreed to send out the correct pair if I sent the VE handles back afterwards. The correct handles arrived within the week again and they were in great condition. My only problem with them is that the set did not include mounting bolts, which was not advertised. Other than that, they appear to be of high quality and come at a great value price.

Would have been delivered 2 days ago except AUSTRALIA POST and their workers rerouted this item 300 kms away from my address delaying delivery by 2 days, AUSTRALIA POST has a lot to answer about the employees thanks to been run by our government. Highly recommended ebayer, can't say that about AUSTRALIA POST .
