Depending on the trim, some Jeep Grand Cherokee's have factory, warm white LEDs and a halogen bulb in the 2 front map lights. You can only change the halogen bulbs. The factory LEDs are permanent and cannot be swapped. All the other bulbs in the vehicle can be swapped though. Also this kit comes with a few spare lights so yes you will have some extras. This is stated in the description. You can always return them for a refund if you're not happy.
