  Controller was unusable and seller offered me only $25 refund, no shipping, and I had to clean unit off as it was covered in a thick sticky substance. I ended up paying $65 for a USED controller Will not be making another significant purchase from ebay again as this is the 2nd really bad experience I have had.

This was as described by the seller...and more! We received a Chromebook for my little daughter that was not just perfect, it had not a single fingerprint or any mark on it, ready to use out of the box. When we ordered her first Chromebook 4 years ago, brand new, it was not as perfect in every way as this purchase! A+ seller.
