  The miniature was very well packaged, with every part included in the package, including a small, easily missed element. The base was also included, which was excellent. Instructions are not included, but you can find them online easily (try reddit r/WarhammerInstructions). The only problem with the experience was that the package arrived significantly later than initially described. Initial arrival time was estimated to be Nov. 15-20th, package arrived Nov. 25.

  Received a new Bark Guard in original mfg packaging. No batteries to install, just charge it using standard USB-c cable. Very intuitive to use. My Corgi has learned to bark "softly" at home most of the time. When she gets excited the Bark Guard comes in handy. Price was exceptional!

  When I ordered a number of singles from a Warhammer lot, a couple of pieces were missing. But after contacting the seller, they sent the missing pieces quickly and everything is whole. Mistakes happen and all we can ask is good customer service in those instances, and my experience was overall a positive one. I would definitely consider buying from them again.
