  The bascetball game had a bent bascetball hoop and one of the nuts was not working when we unboxed it. The box was not damaged so the shipping company is not to blame. I asked the seller, Game Room Life, to send us new parts and they denied to do so and told us to find a way to contact the manufacturer and ask them to send it, despite the fact we bought the game from Game Room Life. Totally unacceptable and terrible service. I sent them a photo and video as a proof.

  Sorry we do not carry parts. All replacement parts can be sent from the manufacturer. All my items come with some kind of Manufacturer Warranty.

  Sorry you had issues. It was shipped brand new. he issue was probably with your freight forwarder. Thats why I usually do not ship freight out of the country.
