  Received the order on time and in good condition. My crock pot dates from 1978 and needed a new cord and heat control switch. Guess it’s no surprise they’re no longer being made! :) The replacement part works well.

  The blender, described as new, was dirty with a broken part essential to using the item. Because I didn't want the hassle of returning it, I contacted the seller asking for a partial refund to cover the cost of a new part plus some of the original shipping costs, which was immediately given. Glad for the prompt refund, but hugely disappointed in receiving an item in such poor condition; would never have ordered it. Minimal packaging. Won't use seller again.
