  Service was fast and item in great shape. Was expecting maybe an original manufacturer's box that had been opened. Instead, individual pieces were packaged in a box. All items were as one would expect to find in the original box. The item description said MINT, that is why I expected different packaging. All in all, I would buy from this seller again.

  Received an RF mount lens instead of the X mount lens I purchased. I thought it was an honest mistake since it was open box and maybe inventory got switched while taking photos, and told them I would return the lens since it is incompatible with my current camera. Seller grew hostile quickly and claimed I was trying to scam him even though I have photo and video evidence of the warranty papers and serial number on the lens showing that it was wrong item. Not a nice person would not buy again!!
