  Seller is horrible sold me that printer knowing it didn't work ive even had a computer tech(friend) To try to get it working with no prevail. I reach out to the seller to get info to return it but run around ie won't say where to send back etc. I WANT my money back.

  I have replied to your request to refund 3 times now, but for some reason you won't start the return process. When I mentioned that I needed to verify the serial number on the printer you became combative and highly suspicious. It's part of the return process but you haven't done so. We offer a free 30 day return on all our products, but we can't help those who don't want to be helped

  Item wasn’t exactly what was on the box. Seller completely understood and promptly issued a refund with no hassle. Item was packed well, and shipped quickly, however. Great seller, A+ would buy from again if necessary.
