  The main stone on this item appears to have damage to the surface. Some of it is shiny and smooth and it has patches of rough scuffs and cracks. I contacted the seller who did not resolve the issue or try to work with me, was dismissive and condescending in his approach. I will no longer buy items outside the USA as a result. Took forever to arrive as well.
