  The item was purchased over 2 weeks ago and was masked as shipped almost immediately. However the tracking information shows that the item still has not actually left the facility. When reaching out to the vendor they have an excuse and stated that the item would be shipped a few days later. Now it hasn’t been shipped and I’m not getting a response. I want my money back!

  Gorgeous earrings and fantastic seller! I was going to return the earrings, as they don't have butterfly closings (I'm disabled, and those are the only ones I can use), so the seller offered me a full refund AND to keep the earrings! In my 20 years on eBay, I have never met such kind generosity! My daughter-in-law will get a fabulous gift now! Thank you very much!!!

  I really like this one I would order from this seller again and the pendant was nicer in person I had to contact the seller but seller did respond to me cause they make there own jewelry and it's well made nice I love mys it's a beautiful heart this my first heart like this one and I really like this one and it's also big and will design so pretty I would mostly order from this seller again and it may take about a week but it's worth the wait
