  Unfortunately, USPS tracked the item until it left the U.S. enroute to my address but the item never arrived. However, Gem State Outfitters placed a claim to track the package, ultimately refunding me for my purchase. And if the item somehow arrives I could keep it free of charge. Customer Service was definitely top notch. Would look to purchase from buyer in the future. Thanks for the assistance and consideration.
