  Item arrived as described. Luckily it was not damaged in transit, as it was only packaged in thin plastic, which was torn along one side, exposing an entire side of the book. When I saw it, I thought for sure the book had sustained damage, but it did not. Whew! Close call. Many thanks for shipping it out so quickly. Also, great price for this fabulous resource. I’m very pleased!

  Terrible experience. Purchased item on 9/22, no tracking info ever provided, never received item. Asked to cancel order and seller refused. Waited a week and still no item, no tracking number. Opened a case with ebay, got refund.
