  The sneakers looked as pictured however have a terrible odor. Even after they were aired out the smell was horrendous. I requested a refund however after more than 1 week the seller has yet to respond. If I could provide less than 1 star I would and I Will not be purchasing from them again.

  I was under the impression that I had a return policy in place that automatically approved refunds, and that is why I did not look into the return case until now. I sincerely apologize. I have gone ahead and issued a full refund already, and you may send the shoes back if you'd like. I completely understand your frustration and would act the same if the roles were reversed. I hope we can make this right for you.

  These shoes shipped very fast & I received them quickly. They were packaged nicely for shipping. They are exactly as described & I got them for a great price. I purchased these shoes because of all the ads I've been seeing for this brand & how they are supposed to be good for planters fascistis. I'm a waitress & on my feet for 10+ hours a day as well as suffering from severe planters fascistis in my right foot. Today is my first day wearing these & I'm feeling significant improvement.
