    Item received was in much worse condition then photographed. When contacting the seller they basically said their photos were accurate. This obviously is not the case. it sellers like this who give online shopping a bad name.

    item was inspected before sending. Any flaws were detailed carefully in the description and photos. Buyer wouldn't send photos of the item via ebay messaging and wanted to communicate via private email instead, which is against ebay policy. I apologized if I had somehow missed something and offered a full refund upon return of the item but the buyer refused.
